Every manufacturer and importer shall maintain all records including sales turnover of bulk drugs manufactured or imported and turn over of formulations and other records as may be directed.

manufacturer and importer shall maintain all records including sales turnover
of bulk drugs manufactured or imported and turn over of formulations and other
records as may be directed. The Government has the power to call the records or
to inspect records at the premises.
