healthcare data set that is indexed by the CHI number can be linked to MEMO’s
record-linkage database, including other Scottish Morbidity Record returns
supplied by the ISD. In MEMO, commonly used data sets are the cancer
registration database (SMR6), child development records, mater-nity records
(SMR2), psychiatric records (SMR4) and neonatal discharges (SMR11).
